You asked and we listened. You’ll see remixed versions of some of the most requested workout styles and instructors along with some brand new techniques to help you get and stay fit this fall!

Each workout requires little to no equipment and may be done from the comfort of your home or office.

Certified Personal Trainer Sharon Perloff, BS ’80 Textile Design, leads you through a 30-minute vinyāsa yoga class where each move will flow into the next. All experience levels are welcome!

Sharon Perloff, BS ’80
Certified Yoga and Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer
Sharon Perloff, BS ’80 graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Textile Design from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Sciences, and from Manor Junior College, with a Paralegal Certificate, Phi Beta Kappa. She obtained her Fitness certifications through the American Aerobics Association International/International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA) beginning in 1988. Sharon obtained her Personal Training Certification in 1990 and has continued to be involved in the fitness and health industry for the last 33 years, working with clients one-on-one in the privacy of their homes and teaching classes in gyms, and over 55 communities in Bucks and Montgomery County. Sharon assesses the client’s health and fitness level to develop goals and exercises based on individual needs. She has also worked as a Physical Therapy Aid. Sharon is a Certified Yoga and Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer and works with Unite for Her, a non-profit organization whose goal is to enrich the health
