She’s been teaching at Jefferson’s Recreation and Fitness Center for over 20 years. Her classes generally contain a combination of strengthening exercises, core conditioning, and Tabata drills. When Daria isn’t teaching exercise classes, she works as a physical therapist. Daria is based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
